Custom Pavilion Build
Framed and constructed a fully open gable-style pavilion with exposed beams and vaulted tongue-and-groove wood ceiling for natural warmth and structural strength.
Outdoor Kitchen & Fireplace
Integrated a full stainless kitchen and stone-finished fireplace into the pavilion layout to enhance outdoor entertaining with indoor comforts.
Motorized Screen System
Installed a motorized retractable screen with a clear vinyl viewing panel to enclose the lounge area when needed, providing wind protection and shade control.
