Custom Covered Deck Installation
Built an elevated composite deck with white vinyl railing and a fully covered roof structure. The finished ceiling features stained tongue-and-groove planks, recessed lighting, ceiling fan, and dual infrared heaters for all-season use.
Underdeck Lounge with Stamped Concrete Patio
Created a sheltered lower patio using a waterproof underdeck system and stamped concrete surface. The area provides a functional, dry space directly below the upper deck, perfect for additional seating and entertainment.
Wood-Built Fire Pit & Landscaping
Installed a rectangular timber-frame fire pit on the lower patio, blending seamlessly with the paver-style concrete. Finished the surrounding space with fresh mulch beds and straw matting to establish new landscaping.
