In-Ground Pool with Concrete Deck
Installed a steel-walled vinyl pool system with integrated corner steps, surrounded by a broom-finished concrete patio for a clean, slip-resistant surface.
Custom Pool House Pavilion
Built a freestanding outdoor structure with finished interior, bar seating, mounted TV, and an integrated roof system for year-round shade and entertainment.
Composite Deck and Perimeter Fencing
Constructed new composite steps leading into the home, and added full perimeter black aluminum fencing to meet safety standards while preserving views.
